Diving – important safety measures

AHLA Diving Center attracts the attention of all the people who is keen on scuba diving to the importance of the preparatory step before actual diving. Professional diving training courses offer beginners a chance to learn the information about peculiarities of equipment usage to prevent injuries and spine strains.
We advise you to get acquainted with recommendations of experienced gurus of our diving club.

1. Ascending to the surface from the deep sea layers should be done slowly (do not exceed the speed of ascending bubbles or 9 meters a minute, or else there is a risk of getting decompression sickness)
2. Do not neglect the diving hand signals (a system of communication using gestures and signs in diving) with the help of which diving group can communicate. You will always be able to signalize a change in your state of health by the means of special signs.
3. For each type of diving there are individual restrictions of time spent on specific depths, estimated and planned before the dive. Not only beginners but also experienced divers should mind these restrictions in order for diving to bring only positive emotions.

It is very important for each diver to follow the safety measures not only under water but also on land at the time of equipment transportation. Diving courses in Eilat: an opportunity to combine useful with interesting

If you have already made an introduction dive and if after that you want to observe the underwater life more and more so it’s time to think about learning to dive. Diving courses at our dive center in Eilat are an opportunity to dive with confidence in your own abilities. We have a suggestion for entire beginners to get a certificate in one day. This course will let you get acquainted better with wonderful world of diving and decide whether you really want to be seriously engaged in scuba diving. All you need to enter the course is a medical certificate from a licensed doctor which will state that the future student has no medical contraindication and may be admitted to course. Even 12 year children can get certificate in one day. The next step will be the course of diving in open water – Open Water Diver will give you an opportunity to dive to a depth of 18 meters. Scuba Diving: choosing equipment

All scuba diving admirers have questioned themselves at least once on the problem of finding and choosing special equipment for underwater diving. Changing the wetsuit and the special accesories shouldn’t happen more than once in five years. More frequent purchases of the equipment happen due to the following reasons:

• diver has gained weight or lost more than 10 kilos. In this situation former suit may become uncomfortable for scuba diving.
• the equipment has gone out of order (the material has significant damage, that cannot be repaired)
• Wetsuit or accesories have been given to another person, lost or stolen.

So, you have a need in finding new equipment fast. When if diving for begginers presupposes renting the special clothes, professional divers have to buy wetsuits or borrow them from their friends. Off course, there is an option of renting, but with numersous dives financial side of the question will make the diver think about the rationality of these spendings.

Deepwater diving

When it comes to deepwater diving, people who are into diving always have distinctive reaction. Inexperienced divers immediately start asking a lot of questions being interested in details. Those who have already dived deep a few times liven up and start sharing their experience. Amateur divers, who can dive not deeper than the recommended 30-40 meters, also have their eyes lighten up but they act calm, feeling respect to the difficult process.

Qualification of diving beginners is called Open Water and if you have one, than you can dive not deeper than 18 meters. Requirements to course-takers

3. Not have medical contradictions. Participants older than 65 must have a medical paper proving their ability to take part in the diving course.

Course description "Search and Recovery"

The course is two days long, Before the practical lessons you will hear a course of lections, that will help you acquire the skills. During the course of the lections specialists of AHLA DIVE will expand on the following theoretical questions:

• making a plan and organization of diving with the aim at searching and recovering of sunken objects;
• peculiarities of this kind of diving, underwater navigation;
• possible risks, related to diving for searching and recovering;
• technique of searching and detecting the sunken objects;
• peculiarities of recovering and special technical equipment;
• safety measures.

The course is carried out by the prefessional divers of AHLA DIVE in one of the centers – Coral Beach or Migdalor according to the desires of the participants.
